Q-Fitness (now Quality Wellness) is a fitness and wellness center in Columbus, Ohio. The mission is fostering personal growth and well-being, through training programs, nutrition education, mindfulness practices and stress management all aimed at equipping individuals with the tools for a comprehensive healthy lifestyle journey.

The logo design is featured in Logo Lounge Book 15. Quincy Williams continues to be an inspirational personal trainer and wellness coach.
