Barbecue has always been in the blood, so to speak, for founder Wes Childs. Born in El Paso, Texas and raised in the Midwest, he’s a true craftsman and purveyor of delicious barbecue. Located on Route 42 in Waynesville, Ohio and available for special events by appointment only. He loves the details and the process of the cook, which inspired the logo and full visual identity.
